Accenture is seeking a Generative AI Specialist to join the Data & AI team. This role focuses on the practical implementation and maintenance of AI-driven applications. The ideal candidate is a capable coder with a passion for building functional tools, capable of translating requirements into working Python code. Crucially, this role involves direct client interaction, requiring the ability to design rapid prototypes and effectively present technical solutions to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Rapid Prototyping & Demonstration: Designing and building interactive Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to visualize ideas quickly, and presenting these prototypes to clients to validate assumptions and gather feedback.
• Client Collaboration: Engaging directly with clients to understand their business problems and translating those non-technical needs into technical AI specifications and agent behaviors.
• Agentic Workflow Development: Designing and coding autonomous agents capable of executing multi-step tasks, utilizing tool-use and reasoning capabilities to solve defined problems.
• RAG System Implementation: Building and maintaining Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines that utilize semantic search and vector databases to ground LLM outputs in specific data.
• Application Integration: Writing clean, efficient Python code to integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) with existing APIs, databases, and internal systems.
• Prompt Optimization: Testing and refining prompt strategies to ensure consistent, high-quality model responses and minimize hallucinations.

Experience Profile

• Generative AI Experience: Specific professional or project experience working with LLMs and Generative AI.
• Software Development: Software engineering principles with a focus on backend development.

Core Competencies

• Python: Strong proficiency in Python programming, including experience with data handling and API integrations.
• Framework Knowledge: Practical experience with agentic and orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
• Communication & Presentation: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams. The ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical clients and confidently demo applications is essential.
• Fluency in English and Czech/Slovak is required. German is an advantage.
• LLM Ecosystem: Familiarity with major model providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Vertex AI) and the ability to implement standard API calls and handle context management.
• Vector Search: Hands-on experience with Vector Databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma etc.) and an understanding of embeddings and semantic search concepts.
• Agent Capabilities: Experience implementing "Tool Use" or "Function Calling," enabling models to interact with external environments.

Desirable Extras

• Exposure to rapid prototyping tools like Streamlit, Chainlit, n8n.
• Experience with Databricks, Google Vertex AI, Azure AI Foundry, Amazon Bedrock
• Basic knowledge of containerization (Docker) and cloud deployment.
• Experience working with SQL or NoSQL databases in an AI context.
