Lead the international testing and application team. Take responsibility for the Test laboratory in India and Switzerland including the test equipment. Organize the test plan and execute with the team. Take the lead for application projects with our GEV partner units.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Team Lead of international team
• Responsible for the Laboratory in Switzerland and India
• Owns all Laboratory equipment and is responsible for the development of new tools and equipment
• Lead application projects with our GEV partner units
• Plan and execute needed test for validation and NPI projects
• Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. May lead small projects

Required Qualifications

• Engineering/Technology & Mechanical Engineering. Knowledge level Bachelor's degree
• Experience in our field of applications of High Voltage equipment
• Knowledge on AIS and GIS breaker and its market
• Specific knowledge of FK drives and related test procedures
• Product knowledge of ME disconnector drives and related test procedures
• Familiar with test equipment used for endurance testing
• Experience of application projects and interacting with our partner units in GEV

Desired Characteristics

• Good communication in German and English. Skills in leadership, planning and project execution
