Summary:
As an AI Strategy Practitioner, you will engage in a dynamic and collaborative environment where you will apply your industry and artificial intelligence expertise to develop comprehensive data and AI strategies. Your typical day will involve identifying AI value opportunities across the business value chain, creating blueprints for data and AI platforms, and formulating roadmaps that align with organizational goals. You will also work on establishing a target operating model that considers the broader implications for talent strategy, ensuring that the organization is well-equipped to leverage AI effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions to drive alignment on AI initiatives.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their understanding of AI strategies.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Generative AI.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Machine Learning (ML).
- Strong understanding of AI frameworks and methodologies.
- Experience in developing business cases for AI projects.
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets to inform strategy.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Generative AI.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
