  • Managing key growth projects across different verticals

  • Cross-functional coordination to meet project needs

  • Implementing / communicating changes in effective manner with key stakeholders

• Analytics & Intelligence - Carrier & Competition

• Channel Upgrade Framework - capability building initiatives / performance tracking / identifying key support areas

• Market Analysis - Region wise opportunity mapping / Strength - Weakness Mapping 

• Sales Intelligence - Dealer-wise/ region-wise / product-wise

• Digital Engagement Framework for Partners - Performance Tracking & Trends

• Influencer Engagement
