Role Overview

Ignite your passion for innovation and join Accenture as a CRM Integration and Data Migration Lead. In this role, you will act as a subject matter expert, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement cutting-edge CRM integration and data migration solutions. Your expertise in Microsoft Azure Integration Services and CRM platforms will be pivotal in driving success and delivering impactful results. You will play a key role in shaping decisions that influence your immediate team and the broader organization, contributing to innovative solutions that address complex challenges in CRM integration and data migration.
 

Key Responsibilities
 

1. Solution Design & Development

  • Design and develop custom software solutions to support CRM integration and data migration across various system components.

  • Create and implement strategies for CRM applications and components, ensuring alignment with system and business requirements.

  • Translate system and data migration requirements into detailed design specifications and technical documentation.

2. CRM Integration & Data Migration

  • Lead the end-to-end integration of CRM systems with other platforms using Microsoft Azure Integration Services.

  • Develop and execute data migration strategies, including data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.

  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency during migration and integration activities.

3. Application Implementation & Support

  • Provide primary support for the installation and deployment of CRM application releases into production environments.

  • Ensure CRM applications and integrations are designed, developed, and coded in compliance with programming standards and best practices.

4. Collaboration & Leadership

  • Collaborate with multiple teams, including functional consultants, technical leads, and stakeholders, to provide expert guidance and solutions to technical challenges.

  • Lead key decision-making processes that impact both immediate teams and broader organizational goals.

  • Mentor and guide team members to ensure successful delivery of CRM integration and data migration projects.

  • Experience:

    • A minimum of 5 years of experience in CRM integration, data migration, and relevant technologies.

  • Technical Expertise:

    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Azure Integration Services.

    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Azure Marketing Platform Data Integration.

    • Strong understanding of CRM platforms and their integration capabilities.

  • Education:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field of study.

Preferred Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Cloud Computing.

  • Intermediate proficiency in Application Development.

  • Expert proficiency in Software Testing.

  • Intermediate proficiency in System Architecture.

  • Advanced proficiency in Data Analysis.

  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Dynamics 365 or Salesforce.
