As we continue to expand and enhance our platform, we are seeking a talented Software Engineer to join our team.

 

What You Will Be Doing:


You will be a part of agile driven multicultural team working on a leading financial platform together with other software developers, business analysts and product owners.
As a Software Engineer you will be involved in the full development cycle, from design through to implementation, testing, production, and maintenance of an enterprise high availability, high throughput FinTech application.

This includes:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into efficient and scalable code

  • Develop and optimize electronic trading workflows while ensuring low-latency and high-throughput performance

  • Improve and maintain existing trading systems, ensuring they remain stable and well-performing

  • Utilize multi-threading knowledge to design concurrent and efficient software components

  • Understand event-driven architecture to handle real-time market data and trading events efficiently

  • Utilize networking and various communication protocols for data exchange

  • Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and code reviews to ensure software quality and reliability

  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in trading technology to propose and implement improvements to our trading platform

  • Contribute to the architectural design and technical decisions that drive the future development of the platform

 

What You Bring:

  • At least one year of development experience with OO languages in one of C++, C#, Java, Go, Python... or similar language

  • Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design principles

  • Experience with multi-threading for concurrent programming

  • Understanding of event-driven architecture and asynchronous programming

  • Understanding of networking and communication protocols for efficient data exchange

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in dynamic environment

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

 

Added Bonus If You Have:

  • Production level experience in C++

  • Basic knowledge of Python or other scripting languages

  • Proficiency in low-latency, high-performance programming techniques

  • Knowledge of financial instruments (e.g., equities, derivatives, futures, options), trading concepts and market making

  • Prior experience working on market data feeds and exchange connectivity

  • Experience with FIX protocol and other electronic trading protocols

  • A solid understanding of Google Protobuf
