The Role:
As a Talent & People Operations Coordinator at Morning Consult, you will play a vital role in enabling our growth by building and optimizing scalable processes that support our talent and people operations. In this position, you will ensure a seamless candidate and employee experience while driving operational excellence across our recruitment and people-related functions.
You will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers and the People Operations team to provide a seamless transition from hire to onboarding and beyond. You’ll streamline workflows, analyze data and contribute to initiatives that align with our mission to attract, hire and retain the best talent. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented, tech-savvy and adaptable professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. We value individuals who embrace a learning mindset, constantly experimenting and iterating to achieve continuous improvement in operational efficiency and effectiveness. This role is perfect for someone who has a bias for action and enjoys proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.

The expected salary range for this position is $72,100 - $113,400, with a midpoint of $92,800.
In most cases, we target the midpoint of our salary ranges for new hire compensation. This placement is reflective of full proficiency in a role. This role is eligible for additional variable compensation and an equity grant, which will be discussed in your initial recruiter conversation.
