Radiance Technologies, a rapidly growing employee-owned company, is looking for a Project Integrator to support our daily operations in a busy and dynamic organization.  In this role, the focus is to provide support to our multiple projects and teams. This position will work 100% from our corporate headquarters.

Responsibilities will include the following:

  • Assisting Program Managers and Project Leads with project scheduling and maintenance tasks

  • Managing assigned meetings, including drafting agendas, handling logistics (e.g., invitations, audio and video, etc.), documenting actions items, and following up action items to resolution

  • Tracking deliverables, action items, and other requests, as well as managing them to close out

  • Assisting travelers with travel arrangements, expense authorizations, and expense reports

  • Assisting with Purchase Requests and Requests for Reimbursement

  • Send notices and receive Quarterly or Monthly Report inputs from Leads and Subcontractors.  Track receipt to ensure all are received in the time requested and follow up on any missing input.  Assemble inputs into report and perform technical/quality reviews as needed. Submit report to PM for review.

  • Coordinate team-building events

  • Track software licenses that require maintenance contracts

  • Track procurement of contract materials and approval budgets

  • Work the full life cycle of Proposal operations to include sending, tracking, and keeping data call input organized

  • Performing ad-hoc tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the organization

  • Support the Group Manager with administrative tasking and Group operation tasking

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational and attention to detail skills

  • Possess a flexible and positive attitude in the face of challenges and ambiguity

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize important, competing tasks and information

  • Accountability for results and deadlines

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

  • US Citizenship with the ability to obtain a security clearance

Required Experience

  • Experience working as a government employee/contractor with planning, tracking, analysis, or reporting.

Desired Skills

  • Hands-on experience with project scheduling tools (MS Project)

  • Independent, self-starter who can provide solutions with minimal instructions

  • Ability to work independently on a complex task with little direction, supervision, and management oversight

  • A strong desire to understand the customer environment, provide the highest value to the team and customers, and take ownership of tasks in coordination with the team

  • Possess a team oriented, collaborative thinking attitude with the ability to use discretion and good judgement to assist, identify and communicate to the team where customer opportunities, risks, and important information may lie

  • Ability to think critically and strategically across multiple work streams to identify synergies and opportunities for coordination

  • A desire to seek and earn professional growth opportunities through this work
