As a Business Development Manager at Arrow, you will develop and maintain customer relationships, identify new opportunities within existing accounts, and build a strong pipeline with partners and vendors. Your main focus will be to manage and grow partner-led business across Norway - supporting existing end users and developing new opportunities.
You are proactive, approachable, and experienced in IT, with a genuine interest in new technologies.

Manage and grow relationships with existing commercial customers through direct engagement with end users and partners.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the current customer and partner base.
Develop and execute strategies to acquire new business and expand into new market segments.
Own partner engagement and joint business planning, including pipeline development and go-to-market initiatives.
Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline updates, and CRM hygiene (Salesforce) throughout the quarter.
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations, product) and vendor stakeholders to ensure seamless customer experience and delivery.
Work with cybersecurity vendors and solutions (e.g., Symantec, Carbon Black) and translate vendor strategy into partner execution.
Drive activities that generate customer and partner meetings for both existing and new business (leads are provided; no cold calling).
Operate independently while leveraging support from the wider team, including Norway-supporting teammates based in Denmark.
Working closely with the Danish and Nordic teams at Arrow
Qualifications
3–5+ years of experience in sales and/or business development within the IT or services sector; relevant degree is a plus.
Proven track record in business development, ideally within cybersecurity or security-related business units.
Strong interest in technology products and solutions, with an understanding of market trends and customer needs.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and sales skills.
Fluent in Norwegian and English.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
