JOB DESCRIPTION:

『工作内容』:

  • 负责目标客户(连锁、药店终端)的维护和上量,达成销售指标,完成KPI。
  • 按要求完成目标终端的铺货、陈列、产品维价、库存管理等
  • 组织执行产品推广活动,包括店员培训、患者教育等,推动动销,提升品牌形象。
  • 跟进评估项目执行效果,寻找区域内业务拓展机会。
  • 收集市场信息与产品用户反馈,定期向上级经理汇报计划及执行情况。
  • 熟悉产品知识,认真参与内部培训,并完成考核。
  • 完成公司规定的各类报表。

『岗位要求』:

  • 大专及以上医学、药学类相关专业学历
  • 三年以上OTC销售经验,有连锁、院边药房客户资源优先
  • 良好的逻辑思维能力,沟通能力
  • 高度的责任心、高效的执行力,能承受一定的压力
  • 积极的学习能力,对于公司产品的相关领域知识,能积极学习并熟练掌握
  • 能够熟练使用相关的办公软件  word/excel/PPT等
