The Role
As a Senior Treasury Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the global cash management and liquidity for Creative Artists Agency. This role will collaborate with internal stakeholders (Finance & Accounting, IT, HR, Legal, other business segments) and external partners (relationship banks, treasury service providers, consultants) across a variety of corporate treasury activities. You will also work closely with our international partners as we consolidate and implement a more strategic global cash management treasury solution.
Responsibilities
Maintain short and long-term cash flow forecasting models and dashboards, including daily cash position reports to monitor activity and liquidity, and variance analysis
Bank account administration, as well as assist with updates to KYC documents
Global corporate treasury payments including FX and client related payments
Monitor Treasury inbox and respond to requests in a timely matter
Maintain and update policies and procedures
Assist with bank transition project
Provide support and back up for the debt & capital markets team as needed
Ad-hoc projects and analysis as needed
Qualifications
6 + years of Treasury experience (global treasury preferred)
BS/BA degree in finance, economics or other related field
Well-organized and detail-oriented
Knowledge of Excel, primarily financial modeling skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential as the role involves dealing with both internal and external stakeholders
Ability to take a holistic approach to our global cash management
Ability to be a team player with a conscientious and motivated attitude
Experience with SOX controls preferred
CTP preferred

This is a hybrid role, based in our Los Angeles office.
Compensation:
The annual base salary for this position is in the range of $95,000 - $112,000. This position also is eligible for benefits and discretionary bonus. Ultimately, the salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, business sector, and geographic location, among other criteria.
