The Client Success Specialist will play a pivotal role in ensuring client satisfaction and success throughout the entire account lifecycle. Collaborating closely with national sales teams, you will craft tailored solutions, oversee seamless implementation post-sale, and act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients throughout the sales process for all Simon media assets. Your efforts will be instrumental in driving growth, building strong relationships, and maintaining Simon Media & Experience’s reputation for excellence.

The salary range for this position is $14.76 - $39.06 per hour. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon various factors, including an individual’s skills, experience and qualifications and the geographic location of the job. It is uncommon for an individual to be hired at the top end of the pay range.
