Our program offers a unique blend of rotational experiences and cohort-based learning. You'll have the opportunity to work alongside skilled professionals, gain invaluable insights and leadership exposure, and hone your skills. At Comcast, we believe in empowering our SC RDP participants to reach their full potential and make a lasting impact within our organization. Join us and embark on a journey of growth, innovation, and leadership in one of the world's leading media and technology companies.

SC Rotational Development Program associates complete three unique full-time rotations over the course of two years. Your first rotation will be a one-year assignment at our Philadelphia Headquarters. In year 2, you’ll be located at another major Comcast operation center where you’ll complete two six-month assignments before launching into the business. As you rotate, you’ll have the opportunity to work and live in different areas of the country while building your professional skill set and gaining exposure to key business and Supply Chain leaders. Learning & Development sessions will serve as ongoing building blocks to further your supply chain, leadership, and business acumen.

We are looking for people to join our team who approach challenges with a data-driven and growth-mindset, who love collaborating with their peers and leaders to build strong products and who proactively pursue opportunities to broaden their skill sets. Our most successful associates are focused on contributing to and building an inclusive environment and thoughtfully seek feedback to propel their growth.
