Summary: As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will work closely with the team to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to build knowledge and support the team. - Participate in Problem Solving discussions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements. - Design, develop, and test software applications based on business needs. - Troubleshoot and debug applications to identify and fix issues. - Ensure the performance, security, and scalability of applications. - Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Assist in the deployment and maintenance of applications. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in EPIC Systems. - Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies. - Experience with programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python. - Familiarity with database management systems and SQL. - Knowledge of web development frameworks and technologies. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with healthcare industry software development. - Experience with Agile development methodologies. - Knowledge of HL7 standards and healthcare interoperability. - Understanding of HIPAA regulations and data privacy. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 0-2 years of experience in EPIC Systems. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
