Job Summary
The Serving team builds the foundational serving, decisioning, and compliance infrastructure that powers Buyer Cloud. As a Product Manager on the Serving team, you will own the roadmap for monetization‑enabling features, privacy and fraud controls, new ad format support, signal/targeting enhancements, and core serving capabilities that ensure accuracy, reliability, and trust across our platform. You will partner closely with engineering, ops, and platform teams to deliver the infrastructure that helps our buyers win in a competitive CTV marketplace.

Core Responsibilities
Monetization‑Enabling & Platform Revenue Features
- Deliver core platform capabilities such as Segment Billing logic, PG Deal Fee, Seat Taxonomy, and Custom Rate Cards, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and cross‑system consistency.
- Partner with Finance, Ops, and PMM to ensure pricing, billing, and reporting are reliable, transparent, and revenue‑enabling.
Emerging Ad Formats & Inventory Value
- Own Serving support for Pause Ads and emerging IAB and CTV ad formats.
- Lead integrations with new supply sources (e.g., AdSwizz) to increase inventory value and expand Buyer Cloud’s reach.
- Ensure Serving infrastructure is optimized for premium CTV and audio environments.
Privacy, Fraud & Global Compliance
- Drive implementation of HUMAN SIVT pre‑bid protection across major traffic sources.
- Launch and maintain Global Privacy Consent String enforcement across regions with zero compliance gaps.
- Lead platform migration and verification for geo‑resolution (e.g., Digital Envoy) and ensure accuracy and buyer confidence in location‑based targeting.
- Partner with data governance and legal on privacy controls, data minimization, and secure signal handling.
Signals, Targeting & Enrichment
- Build and enhance sellers.json normalization, schain‑based targeting & filtering, and additional supply metadata that gives buyers more control and transparency.
- Partner with engineering to expand decisioning signals, inventory attributes, and enriched metadata used by the bidder and UI.
Foundational Serving Infrastructure
- Lead Serving work on foundational systems such as Comcast IPv4 enablement to unlock deterministic household targeting.
- Ensure Serving’s infrastructure is reliable, performant, observable, and aligned with SLAs across data centers.
Cross‑Functional Leadership
- Collaborate with Engineering, Platforms, OPT, Integrations, and Product Leadership to deliver cross‑team initiatives.
- Translate complex technical constraints into clear product decisions and customer‑facing value.
- Maintain clear prioritization and alignment across multiple stakeholders and dependency teams.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience building or owning platform‑level or infrastructure‑heavy products (serving systems, delivery, privacy/fraud controls, targeting infrastructure, data pipelines, etc.).
- Strong product intuition paired with advertising technical depth — able to work closely with senior engineers and understand serving‑layer system behavior.
- Excellence in managing cross‑functional programs with complex dependencies.
- Experience in programmatic advertising, CTV, or ad‑tech infrastructure a strong plus (not required).
- A systems thinker who values reliability, correctness, and operational rigor.

Compensation
Primary Location Pay Range: $125,204.74 - $187,807.12
Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. The application window is 30 days from the date job is posted, unless the number of applicants requires it to close sooner or later.
