VF Corporation is looking for an exceptional Senior Finance Analyst Global Packs to join our Finance team based in Antwerp, Belgium.

Let’s talk about the role!

As a Senior Finance Analyst, your responsibility lies in supporting the long-range financial plans (LRP), annual budgets and rolling forecasts for a Global portfolio of 3 Packs Brands.

You will also support regional finance teams in designing and implementing a global framework of KPIs to enable better alignment across departments globally and easier read of variances against budget or LRP.

In particular, you will:

  • Establish control-related standards and procedures in all Brand cost centers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Marketing,…) to align financial targets with operational goals and maximize performance.
  • Partner with department leaders and provide monthly/quarterly reporting packages.
  • Update LRP model in close collaboration with regional finance teams.
  • Consolidate, review and analyze Monthly Global Results, providing visibility on key variances to forecast, enabling the organization to make high quality decisions and provide forward looking budget and LRP adjustments.
  • Support Brand in identifying potential risks and opportunities and act as a key cross department facilitator and optimize execution.
  • Support Global FP&A Director and Senior Leadership Team by providing consolidated Global brand reporting with relevant financial information and insights to support internal reviews and external communication.
  • Own pricing processes to achieve LRP expectations, supporting Merchandising through the go-to-market process in identifying margin opportunities and maximizing business potential.
  • Work as a key point of contact between Corp – Region – Brand to ensure actual and forecasting requirements and deadlines are met.
  • Control and track respect of budgets of all Brand expenses (Marketing, Headcount, Samples, Sales tools…).

Skills for Success:

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Education: University degree in Accounting/Finance.
  • Experience: 2 years’ experience in reporting and consolidation in a multinational environment, preferably in a US GAAP based company.
  • Knowledge in US GAAP, reporting and ERP systems.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
  • Strong collaboration skills, positive and proactive attitude.
