A DAY IN A LIFE
As a start up, you can expect your days to be pretty varied. Multitasking is normal, and sometimes, your skills or natural talents will be leveraged to support other business priorities. That said, the bulk of your working hours should involve you having to:
Job Responsibilities ;
To proactively monitor all delivery movement from origin to destination across our different service types.
Ensuring all shipment transition from one place to another place remain within SLA
Monitor and ensure sorting hub SLAs are achieved.
Responsible for sorting and calculating the lodgement of the parcel onto the truck to ensure the volume and time meet requirement
Ensuring the parcel is sorted with accuracy and within the given time range
Responsible for the accuracy of the parcel handover in/out of hubs and smooth in/outbound flows
Ensure optimal use of trucks by assigning the right truck to the right job and maximizing load capacity.
Assign and manage loads to ensure efficient use of truck space and adherence to delivery schedules.
Being present on site to ensure projects, new processes or issues are resolved and run seamlessly.
Generate regular reports on fleet performance and conduct vendor performance to ensure vendors meeting the KPI performance.
Executing validation invoice in regards of trucking utilization
Proactively communicate with customers regarding driver information, delivery schedules, delays, or issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Address and resolve any issues that arise during transportation, such as delays, accidents, or customer complaints.
Develop and implement contingency plans to handle emergencies or unexpected situations.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth logistics operations.
