Physician Position Profile

Position:
Physician Psychiatry - Zephyrhills, Florida

Specialty Needed:
Psychiatry BC or BE, DO or MD

Starting Salary:
$230,000.00 with sign on bonus and productivity options
Full salary guaranteed as well as full benefits, and productivity bonus plan included.

Call Schedule:

Call Schedule : Office call only, call coverage is provided telephonically.

Company Paid Benefits:

• Malpractice insurance,
• $1,500 per year CME allowance,
• Up to $7,500 in eligible relocation expenses,
• 20 paid days off first year, and
• Paid holidays.
• Eligible to participate in 401k plan through Fidelity (eligible after 60 days of employment).
• Basic Life - $15,000
• AD&D - $15,000

All providers and diagnostic services provided by FMC will be priced at 70% of the Current Medicare Allowable (Locality 99) for HDHP Plan participants. When you utilize an FMC provider a lower annual deductible and lower copays as well as a lower employee coinsurance. This applies to both employees and dependents.
