We are currently seeking an experienced Performance Analyst to join our dynamic Operations team. In this role you will investigate, analyse and provide insights to enable data-driven decisions and delivery of strategic initiatives to support revenue growth for the Sales & Member Service business.  

Key Responsibilities: 

• Deliver operational analysis to support long-range and accurate forecasting and support day-to-day operational management of behavioural patterns ensuring performance remains within thresholds  
• Develop and deliver operational, sales, and compliance modelling to inform business planning, support strategic decision-making, and drive performance outcomes. 
• Monitor and maintain performance thresholds, driving success across commercial, member, and compliance domains.  
• Engage with key stakeholders to inform target setting and contribute to business planning discussions, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and performance goals. 
• Stay informed and become a subject matter expert reviewing the impact of proposed changes on member data and evaluating risk to assist in decision-making.  
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders. 
• Provide assurance and compliance reporting, insights and patterns to business, Executive, Board level forums in accordance with requirements of regulated entities and service level agreements. 
• Develop dashboards and reports to support business planning and decision-making processes 
• Simplify people and business process and systems to foster continual improvement. 

Experience required: 

• Strong analytical skills with experience in sales, operational, and compliance analysis within a Contact Centre environment 
• Proficiency in data reporting tools and platforms, with a focus on driving business outcomes. 
• Proven ability to analyse and explain the drivers behind performance thresholds across sales, operational, and compliance areas, providing meaningful insights to support understanding and decision-making. 
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including central Data & Analytics teams.  
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex insights clearly and concisely.
