Under close supervision, provides general HR assistance to business unit or corporate functional area which may include recruiting, selection and staffing, employment and personnel documentation, job evaluation, compensation, and benefits. As a critical strategic partner, the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) aligns HR initiatives with organizational objectives to drive business results. In this role, you will advise leaders and employees, cultivate a high-performance culture, and champion talent development.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with minimal supervision. Reporting directly to the HQ-based HR Director, this position delivers HR leadership across two manufacturing facilities, including the Fontaine Modification Company corporate headquarters.
