We are looking for an Assistant Vice President to join our Commercial Lines New Business team on a Hybrid work schedule.
Position Summary
The AVP, CL New Business serves as a strategic and technical resource embedded within the HUB International NOE sales organization. Working in close partnership with Producers, this role drives the full new business sales cycle — from opportunity qualification and submission development through proposal delivery and deal close. The Senior AE brings deep commercial lines expertise, strong market relationships, and the consultative credibility to engage directly with prospects and position HUB's value proposition with conviction.

This is a hybrid position based out of HUB's Melville, NY office. Regular in-office presence is expected in alignment with team and client needs.

The expected salary range for this position is $120,000 annually - $145,000 annually and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
