Department Overview

We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our team of call routing services. This project is focused on 911 call routing to call handling applications — a system that directly supports public safety and saves lives.

Job Description

Analyzes, develops, designs, and maintains software Automation Test script for the organization’s products and systems. Performs system integration of software and hardware to maintain throughput and program consistency. Develops, validates, and tests: structures and user documentation. Assist in resolving customer field issues on live, production systems. Troubleshoot customer reported issues Maintain client/server product.

Basic Requirements

• Practical experience in Python 

• Practical experience in Java 

• Knowledge of Robot framework or willingness to gain this knowledge 

Strong problem-solving skills, ownership mindset, and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
