As an Associate Director, you will be responsible for the alignment of priorities and resources across a matrix organization so that we can collectively achieve our IDEXX goals. A “one team” approach is key to success – everyone is in it for the same things – a great customer experience, customer success and IDEXX success. As a critical member of the IDEXX team, this position will join a vibrant and committed team delivering advancements in veterinary health information technology leveraging an agile software development approach.
To be successful in this role, we require strong software product leadership and people leadership skills. We are looking for someone who is adept at managing a high performing team in a very dynamic environment.

What can you expect?
In this role, as Associate Director for VetConnect PLUS, you will have responsibility for collaborating to shape global initiatives, prioritize and advance an innovative product roadmap, and general management of this global platform, key performance and outcome metrics for the application.
