Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional support to members through calls, emails, and in-person inquiries.
  • Handle post-sale processes including vehicle collection and vehicle release coordination and documentation.
  • Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a professional and courteous attitude.
  • Update member records accurately in the system and maintain confidentiality of all information.
  • Support the operations and auction teams as needed to ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Omani national (mandatory).
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive or auction industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with MS Office applications.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment.
  • Fluency in English is required; Urdu language proficiency will be an added advantage.

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience in an auto auction or automotive service environment.
  • Knowledge of vehicle documentation and ownership transfer processes.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathy.
