  • Collaborate with Navy stakeholders to ensure program deliverables meet mission-critical requirements.

  • Support the development of innovative solutions that enhance the realism and effectiveness of Navy training systems.

Required Education

  • At least 5 years of experience managing projects related to the design, development, testing, and evaluation of complex Navy systems.

  • Proven experience leading technical teams and coordinating resources and schedules for complex projects.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and influence complex projects and products.

Desired Experience

  • Strong technical background related to software development and/or system integration.

  • Experience with Navy surface ship training systems, including acoustic and visual simulation technologies.
