Overview:

The Director of Referral Services will provide leadership, direction and achievement of the strategic growth for all Sentara Enterprises business lines. Travel within assigned territory is required.

Education/Experience

  • Bachelors Degree (required)

  • Master's Level Degree ( MBA, MHA or Master's in healthcare field (preferred)

  • 5 years Financial Analysis (required)

  • 5 years Home Health (required)

  • Hospice and IV Therapy (preferred)

  • 5 years Leadership (required)

  • 5 years Sales/Marketing (required)

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the achievement of admission and census budgets, for all Home Health, Hospice, IV Infusion, Medical Transport and Lifeline locations.

  • Responsible for all sales administration duties, including CRM compliance and market share analysis.

  • As a primary relationship manager, the Director of Business Development provides responsive and relevant service to referral sources and other company stakeholders.

  • Additional components of this position include; strategic direction, data management, marketing, event management and public relations.
