As the Senior Maintenance Resource Manager, you will be responsible for the execution of scheduled maintenance activities per contractual requirements for North America’s growing wind turbine fleet. As a key member of our operations team, the selected candidate will manage supplier execution including overseeing the safety, quality, & delivery of planned maintenances. Being a part of a cross-functional team, you will be responsible for coordinating initiatives from the business & clearly communicating strategies with asset managers.
Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans for all wind turbine assets based on O&M manual requirements, seasonal weather trends, and manpower capacity.
Coordinate with stakeholders to schedule maintenance activities in a manner that ensures on-time maintenance while optimizing for operational efficiency.
Partnering with contracted companies, ensuring adequate staffing levels and skill sets to support maintenance activities.
Hold contracted companies accountable for the performance of maintenance teams including performance targets, quality, and safety.
Implement predictive maintenance strategies to anticipate and address emerging issues & engineering limitations & business objectives
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
Promote a culture of safety among contracted partners
Ensure accurate records of maintenance activities, including site level reporting, task management, and future work planning.
Document standard work processes including but not limited to site vendor inductions, field maintenance activities, and operational best practices.
Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, detailing maintenance performance, KPIs, and operational efficiencies.
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 5 years of experience in wind turbine technology, maintenance practices, and safety standards.
Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
Ability to and maintain a valid driver's license and willingness to submit to a check of driving record

Advanced computer skills utilizing word and spreadsheet processing, e-mail programs, facility control and management systems, and computer diagnostic and troubleshooting tools

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $104,200.00 and $173,700.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
