About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Process Engineer with strong Risk & Controls, process modeling, and workflow auditing acumen to join the HR Process Excellence and Transformation Team. This role leads and facilitates service modeling workshops supporting RCSA, driving process simplification and preventative risk mitigation. In this role, you will:

  • Execute the enterprise RCSA service modeling standards and practices
  • Lead initiatives requiring specialized knowledge to support risk management efforts
  • Build effective relationships with HR service leaders and partners
  • Conduct root cause analysis and develop business cases for technology, staffing, and structural recommendations
  • Evaluate processes and identify underlying risks across stakeholders, mapping out issues and making recommendations to mitigate risk across end-to-end service
  • Develop metrics and controls for future improvement opportunities
  • Ensure effective use of cultural focus, tools, and operational excellence methods
  • Coach multiple cross-functional redesign teams
  • Make decisions and resolve issues to meet business objectives
  • Interpret policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
  • Collaborate and influence across all levels, including senior managers
  • Lead teams to achieve objectives

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Process Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of HR processes and services
  • RCSA refresh experience, service modeling facilitation, consulting, or workshop facilitation
  • Proficiency with enterprise modeling standards using iGrafx with strong QA results
  • Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher)
  • Process simplification mindset that guides stakeholders to address risk at the source and recommends design enhancements that leverage automation using modern tools, including Workday, ServiceNow, low code no code, ML/AI solutions.
  • Ability to quickly establish credibility to build and maintain effective working relationships
  • Excellent verbal & written communication at all levels

Job Expectations:

  • Hybrid work model from one of the posted locations

Minneapolis Base Pay Range: $110,000 - $179,000 USD annual
