Ensure to achieve sales target and sales development as annual plan.

Responsible for product line under responsibilities and as assigned. Manage existing customers and find new customers to achieve sales target as assigned.

Gain new customer and maintain existing customer

Ensure that all customer processes from Atotech are performing to the customer satisfaction in terms of quality and efficiency including cost control. Provide and ensure technical service meet customer needed and satisfaction Daily travelling and visit record Implement the continuous process improvement to meet or exceed customer expectation in terms of quality and efficiency. Provide timely, thorough and professional response to any existing problem in the customer process. Responsible to conduct introduction of new products to customer including training and presentation. Responsible for all technical communication between all Atotech department and customer, attend all required technical meeting and communicate activities to appropriate person and all information from   other regions, product specialist, etc. must be approved by the product marketing manager before being given to the customer. Provide technical support and share information among sales team

Team development and good collaboration Customer satisfaction survey Recommend quality or process improvement measure to immediate   superior. Additional responsibility: “Safety remains the number one priority by making it an integral part in all activities; Ensure all work is completed safely & in compliance with laws, regulations & Atotech standards. Demonstrate ongoing visibility at sites & consistent interaction with staff and contractors at all levels”.
