We are looking for an astute, determined professional like you to fulfill an External Specialist role within our DC Solutions group. Your Impact:

  • Provide a broad range of value-added investment solutions by proactive communications with financial intermediaries
  • Clearly articulate, understand and present the PGIM Investment product line to generate sales and activity.
  • Grow Defined Contribution sales production of assigned financial advisors, branches and firms through proactive calling efforts and use of web meeting tools.
  • Attain and/or exceed sales goals as set forth by management for the assigned territory and/or intermediaries
  • Work collaboratively within the DC Solutions Group and within the internal PGIM distribution organization

Your Required Skills:

  • Strong retirement background with an emphasis on DC distribution
  • Deep relationships and understanding of assigned territory
  • Excellent organizational skills, highly motivated, professional manner, ability to manage a territory, a desire to succeed and grow with the firm
  • 5+ years of financial services experience in a sales capacity
  • FINRA Series 6 or 7 and 63 required (Series 7 must be obtained within 120 days of employment)
  • State insurance licenses required or to be completed within 120 days of employment

Note: Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the base salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The base salary for this role is $125,000. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
