Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large, complex, and global projects in alignment with VMO governance, ensuring strategic value realization.

• Manage multiple workstreams with diverse stakeholder groups, navigating moderate-to-high complexity in priorities, interests, and organizational dynamics.

• Act as a trusted advisor and coach for business sponsors, ensuring alignment between project outcomes and strategic goals.

• Anticipate risks and drive issue resolution, balancing tactical problem-solving with long-term impact.

• Ensure disciplined adherence to project governance, while promoting innovation and continuous improvement in delivery methods.

• Support change adoption by partnering closely with change management, IT, and business functions.

• Lead a small team of project analysts and coordinators

Preferred Certificates:

• Project management certificates (SAFe, PMP, or PRINCE2.) strong prefrence

Work Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex/global initiatives (e.g., multi-country, cross-functional, or enterprise-scale projects).

• Exceptional ability to manage and influence moderately difficult stakeholders—balancing strong interpersonal skills with the authority to challenge constructively.

• Strong knowledge of project governance, portfolio management, and value realization practices.

• Experience working in regulated industries (e.g., life sciences, healthcare, logistics, or similar) preferred.

• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage.

• Engaging leadership: ability to exert influence to achieve the objectives of projects.

• Communication and interpersonal skills: ability to inspire confidence and shows political acumen.

• Problem-solving: ability to implement relevant solutions to situational problems or changes. Innovation: ability to identify improvement opportunities.

• Thorough understanding of corporate and industry practices, processes, standards etc.
