Your Job:


The Ancillary Services Director is responsible for planning, directing, coordinating, staffing and improving patient care services within designated departments to ensure quality clinical practice and patient care are consistent with the mission and goals of the hospital and nursing division. You will be responsible for organizing the delivery of patient care for ancillary departments in accordance with the appropriate regulatory and accrediting agency oversight and professional standards while working collaboratively with physicians and other hospital departments. In this role, you will develop, lead other programs, and services as assigned, and assumes 24/7 responsibility for department operations.
 
Your Job Requirements: 
•  Bachelor’s degree required
•  Master’s degree or is progressing to obtain a master’s degree in healthcare related field preferred
• 5 years’ experience in acute care setting is preferred
• 2 years of progressive management in an acute care hospital is preferred
