Key Responsibilities:

·         Lead the Customer Enablement teams to ensure DRAM products meet customer technology requirements.

·         Manage local system engineering development, operations, and labs, and collaborate with cross-site teams.

·         Drive external engagements and customer site visits for product alignment.

·         Lead and manage technical teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

·         Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across the company and globally.

·         Work as part of the team accountable for bringing new DRAM products to market, ensuring compatibility and quality.

·         Engage in strategic planning and execution to align with product objectives and roadmaps.

·         Optimize team performance through clear metrics and objectives, providing coaching and career development opportunities.

Qualifications:

·         Expertise in system hardware and equipment, particularly X86 and ARM platforms.

·         Strong proficiency in BIOS/Software development and troubleshooting.

·         Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical or Computer Engineering.

·         10+ years of relevant experience in a technical leadership role.

·         Proficiency in system hardware and software, including knowledge of DRAM architecture and functionality.

·         Experience with circuit-level simulation, debug knowledge, and Automated Test Equipment.

·         Experience with programming and/or scripting languages (e.g., Python, Linux, SQL, C#, C++).
