Optimize cylinder assets by analyzing the demand and supply chain and controlling stock level using tools such as Optistock and barcode system
Acting in an independent manner to coordinate customer site audits, analyses and investigation of cylinder movement reports and customer account history
Control cylinder movement and traceability to avoid loss, under use and unacceptability of cylinders.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

1. Controls the assets stocks and identifies the needs of cylinders.

2. Manage the planning of cylinder stocks and rotation efficiency in production plant, warehouse and customer site (gas yard, warehouse).

3. Coordinate the cylinder assets retesting, maintenance with the production team.

4. Setup / propose the plan and budget of cylinder investment / maintenance.

5. Follow cylinder exchanges towards and from the entity, implement the service change of cylinder assets (MOC process of cylinder) .

6. Co-work with the Accounting department to regularly calibrate the assets volumes, depreciation booked values, and cylinder assets disposal process as scrapping.

7. Periodically issue and submit the assets management report including assets rotation efficiency, cylinder retesting maintenance, stocks and inventory.

8. Periodically hold the assets physical counting activities, and cylinder assets efficiency meeting with PAG Sales, Logistics supply chain and operation team.

Domain Contribution and Responsibility:

Control Stocks and Identification of cylinders needs

- Manage stock count with Warehouse team: coordinates and/or initiates the cylinder count at plant using Optstock tool recommendation.

- Manage stock count with Cylinder Recovery team: coordinates and/or initiates the cylinder count at customer or distributor sites.

- Consolidate inventory discrepancies: identify areas of excess or insufficient stock levels.

- Minimize product shortages through appropriate change of service methods liaising with the Cylinder Sales Representatives.

- Conduct cylinder reconciliation, liaising with Administrative Assistant Invoice Management team

Provide timely and accurate reports

- Reports updated stock count data in the Assets database, and non-conformity based on analysis record

- Communicate effectively within the organization : provide spreadsheet, organize meetings and generate minute meetings

Follow the planning of cylinder investment

- Participate to purchasing process with Cylinder Product Manager (new cylinders, repairs)

- Coordinate cylinder assets transfer

Participates to Asset Management meetings

- Ensure coordination with various entities of BL (IM, EL, Export)

- Support accounting department using reports of physical cylinder asset situations.

- Shares on optimization opportunities and objectives achievements during meetings and through regular contact with other Asia subsidiaries with other cylinder assets Coordinators.

Contribute to Asset tracking development

- Develop a full understanding of all asset tracking and procedure systems (GTS).

- Support implementation of Bar code scanning and Opti-stock process.

    1. University graduated and Bachelor above, major in Engineering, Logistics Engineering, Industrial Engineering Management and relevant majorities.  
    2. Over 3 years, Job focused on Logistics supply chain and assets rotation efficiency experience, related with raw material supplement and assets management like cargo containers, vessels of container rotation management.
    3.Strong knowledge of maintenance & engineering methodologies
    Technical understanding of gas physical and production processes
    Strong understanding of Safety Procedures
