Job Responsibilities:

  • Implementation of marketing plan & marketing activities for brand development.

  • Discovery of marketing opportunities through collaboration with different BUs.

  • Provide marketing support in order to establish proper MGM standard marketing communications.

  • Handle the marketing request from different BUs and work closely with different divisions to communicate on marketing insights, plans, status updates, and results.

  • Execute according to advertising strategy and communication.

  • Develop creative briefs, work with creative team, production house and purchasing team to ensure the marketing products are up to our brand standard.

  • Responsible for the ATL and BTL advertising, media and promotion planning and buying.

  • Manage the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, signage and collaterals. To ensure the product are produced on time and are of good quality.

  • Monitor the marketing products/activities (Above-the-line and Below-the-line). He/she needs to make immediate judgement and work closely with the vendors for quality checking and improvement.

  • Conduct post-program evaluations to determine future improvement.

  • Manage budget, costs, and timing of projects from briefing to conclusion.

Job Requirements:

  • Over 4 years relevant working experience in branding, communications and advertising.

  • Bachelor's degree holder, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.

  • Have good communication and interpersonal skills, self-motivation and capability in working independently and within a team environment.

  • Must be organized with good attention to details.

  • Able to be multi-tasking with time pressure.

  • Experience managing social media campaigns is a plus.

  • Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese are essential, knowledge of Mandarin is an added advantage.

  • Proficient with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Must be able to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
