Trade Compliance Coordinator

Job Description:

Principal Accountabilities
● Responsible for labor distribution and workflow to ensure quality and production goals are met.
● Support one or more departments: shipping, storing, order fulfillment. 
● Transport/staging of product.
● Maintain work and product store areas.

Job Complexity
You will handle trade-related procedures in both English and Japanese.

- Export inspection (export security management using our internal system)
- Data entry (customer management, etc., using our internal Excel system)
- Email correspondence (mainly Japanese, English support available (templates available))
- Document review (primarily in English)
- Other related duties
