The Relationship Management (“RM”) Team is responsible for the development and strengthening of meaningful relationships with HedgeServ’s clients. RMs focus on the activities that lie outside of daily operational processes and deliverables, spearheading the firm’s commitment to client engagement and interaction on a non-transactional basis. The RM Team leverages internal and external relationships to deepen our client partnerships through education and demonstrations of additional services and technology offerings. By building and maintaining strong connections with key stakeholders and decision makers at our clients, you will be the first to identify areas to grow the relationship or remediate potential issues before they arise. The Supervisor will have the opportunity to work closely with both key client contacts and HedgeServ Senior Leadership.  

 

The ideal candidate for this role is client-service oriented, highly organized, personable, and understands the needs of and challenges faced by alternative investment clients. Previous experience in financial services or the alternative assets industry is a must, either in an operational capacity or as a relationship manager. The candidate will have the opportunity to grow their knowledge base as it pertains to the alternative asset industry, as well as develop their leadership and management skills. Some travel may be required. 

 

Responsibilities 

  • Work with RM Managing Director to craft the messaging for client communications and meetings  

  • Plan and run regular client check-ins  

  • Collect and analyze direct client feedback for senior management reporting 

  • Liaise with client service teams to address any issues and provide timely resolution 

  • Arrange demos of new service and product offerings for existing clients 

  • Some travel may be required for client onsite visits 

 

Pre-Requisite Knowledge, Skills and Experience 

  • Bachelor’s Degree from four-year college or university 

  • 3 to 6  years of experience in financial services 

  • Deep knowledge of financial products, key vendors, and the alternative assets industry is required 

  • Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and time management skills 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Power Point, SharePoint) 

The salary range for this role is $100,000-110,000. Specific salary will be determined based on education, location, experience, and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
