Job Description:
- Developing new business: Creating a strategy to develop a pipeline of new business, including leading the agency's pitch process.
- Managing relationships: Building and maintaining relationships with clients and suppliers, and managing C-suite and senior relationships with existing clientele.
- Representing the agency: Promoting the agency and being the first point of contact for potential clients.
- Understanding the advertising landscape: Being well-versed in the agency's products, services, and case studies.
- Leading and coordinating: Coordinating staff and company resources, and leading and converting new business.
- Collaboration: Collaborating and working with multiple teams and departments within the organization to be able to give the best output to the client’s expectations.
- Developing budgets: Developing departmental budgets, reporting on revenue, and implementing financial policies.
- Identifying risks and opportunities: Identifying risks and opportunities, and tracking business performance.
- Ensuring compliance: Ensuring team operations comply with corotate laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- At least 10 years of experience in the field with 7 years in management level.
- Strong agency background, with both western and Vietnamese local portfolio, preferrable with Japanese portfolio as well.
- Excellent at strategic business development mindset.
- Proven track as industry expertise.
- Critical thinking.
- Strong client relation management skill.
- Presentation & explanation skills.
- Excellent in English, both verbal & written communication.
- Ability to work within the team & independently.
- Has strong leadership skills.
- Has a strong business and finance acumen.
