Own the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for the FORGE AI Platform, defining what platform capabilities get built, sequenced, and delivered to enable AI engineering at enterprise scale.
Translate the needs of AI engineering, agentic engineering, application, security, data, QA, and governance teams into clear platform requirements, prioritized backlogs, and delivery-ready specifications.
Partner with platform and infrastructure engineering leads to shape foundational AI services — including model access, orchestration infrastructure, agent runtimes, memory services, retrieval systems, observability, and deployment controls.
Define and drive the platform's developer experience strategy — ensuring engineers can onboard quickly, build reliably, test confidently, and deploy safely using approved Forge platform patterns.
Own platform governance and policy alignment — ensuring the AI Platform meets enterprise security, compliance, audit, and responsible AI requirements as capabilities evolve.
Drive cross-functional delivery alignment across AI engineering, platform engineering, security, data, QA, and enablement teams to ensure platform capabilities are production-ready and adopted effectively.
Manage the AI Platform stakeholder ecosystem — communicating roadmap direction, capability status, dependency management, and platform evolution to engineering leaders, governance partners, and senior Forge leadership.
Establish product metrics and success criteria for the AI Platform, including developer adoption, onboarding speed, platform reliability, capability coverage, and the degree to which the platform accelerates delivery.
Identify platform gaps, bottlenecks, and capability needs based on delivery team feedback, engineering roadmap requirements, and evolving AI technology landscape.
Represent the AI Platform in cross-enterprise technology governance, architecture review, and vendor partnership discussions where platform direction and standards are set.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

1. A minimum of fifteen+ years in a combination of professional services and financial services industry
2. Seven+ years of product management experience
3. Deep understanding of software development methodologies and best practices
4. Deep and broad experience in digital banking, financial services, or other complex transactional services
5. Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and large scale projects
6. Demonstrable understanding and application of digital concepts and technology
7. Ability to lead initiatives throughout the software development lifecycle, including post implementation
8. Bachelors’ degree in business, engineering, design, or technology field; banking or financial management education or equivalent education and related training
9. Strong strategic thinker, with ability to quickly assess complex problems, prioritize key issues, and focus on relevant facts
10. Demonstrated experience in managing a varied team of professionals in a project-based environment and a proven ability to coach and develop a team
11. Outstanding skills presenting/communicating ideas and data to Executive level leaders
12. Sound business judgment and ability to build a business case around a product or service
13. Expert relationship builder; developing open, effective, considerate, and productive working relationships. Can “work the matrix” and gain credibility quickly with internal and external constituents
14. High level of adaptability; responds appropriately and competently to the demands of work challenges when confronted with change, ambiguity, adversity, and other pressures
Preferred Qualifications:
8+ years of product management, technical product ownership, or platform strategy experience in enterprise technology, cloud, data, or AI platform domains.
Demonstrated experience owning platform-level product roadmaps, driving delivery in large cross-functional engineering organizations, and managing complex stakeholder ecosystems.
Strong understanding of AI/ML platform architecture including model serving, orchestration, agent runtimes, retrieval systems, observability, developer tooling, and governance controls.
Experience translating platform engineering requirements into product priorities, capability briefs, and delivery sequencing that balances technical debt, new capability, and operational reliability.
Ability to engage effectively with both senior engineering leadership and business/governance stakeholders, bridging technical depth and strategic communication.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for platform roadmaps, executive briefings, governance documentation, and engineering partner alignment.
Experience working within regulated enterprise environments where platform security, compliance, audit readiness, and evidence-based release management are required.
Experience as a product lead or technical product owner for an internal AI platform, developer platform, MLOps platform, or enterprise data/AI infrastructure.
Experience with Microsoft Azure AI services, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot ecosystem, Copilot Studio, Microsoft Fabric, or comparable enterprise AI platform ecosystems.
Experience in financial services, cybersecurity, or other highly regulated industries with strong platform governance, control, and compliance requirements.
Familiarity with responsible AI frameworks, AI governance standards, enterprise model risk management, or regulatory AI guidance relevant to financial institutions.
Experience driving platform developer experience improvements — including onboarding, SDK design, documentation, and adoption enablement at enterprise scale.
Experience working with vendor technology partners to align platform roadmaps, negotiate capability access, and integrate external AI services into enterprise platforms.
