The EMEA Customer Support and Service Delivery Organization offers Managed Services & Solutions to Enterprise and Corporate customers combining Hardware, Supplies, Financing and Services in a Managed Print/Device Services (MPS/MDS) offering. The Managed Services Business is expanding and is a strategic growth area to HP.
Job scope/summary:
The Managed Services Data Specialist is responsible for managing data alignment and accuracy within the operation of Managed Print Services and Managed Device Services determining the root causes for data discrepancies and driving their respective resolution. He/she is the single point of contact (SPOC) for the Service Delivery Manager in case of CBA (Contract and Billing Automation) operational queries, data issues and discrepancies related to any type of fleet data change.
Job specifics/responsibilities:
Process data corrections by initiating or making system changes
Initiate or make system changes based on identified cause
Be the single point of contact for the Service Delivery Managers in MPS/MDS on any data related issues and queries
Proactively elevate and escalate any data related discrepancies to support teams
Coordinate all relevant resources (internal/external partners)
All other tasks assigned by management may vary based on experience and related skills
Key deliverables/accountabilities:
Validate that changes are processed in time, meeting the preset quality criteria
Track completion of changes
Ensure accurate and aligned asset data across systems and tools
Track and capture data/metrics
Education (degree) and professional experience required:
University or College degree
1 + years of service delivery experience or similar, ideally Outsourcing or Project Management or Consulting
Experience in data and problem management
Project management or project coordination experience
Other requirements:
Strong English language skills (spoken and written)
Other languages would be an asset

Microsoft Office applications
ServiceNow knowledge - preferred
Project Management Methodologies - desirable
ITIL foundation, processes & tools knowledge – desirable
MS process and technology knowledge and background – preferred
