About the Role: 

As EROAD continues to expand globally, we are seeking both a hands on and strategic Installation Manager to join our team in vibrant Sydney NSW, Australia. 

Join us in a dynamic role where you'll have the opportunity to lead EROAD’s technical installation capabilities and customer fulfilment across the entire Australian continent. This is a unique role that allows you to take charge, turn challenges into opportunities, and transform the installation function into a profit centre – all while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality! 

As an Installation Manager, you will be responsible for leading and scaling our installer network (both internal and third party), establishing robust standards for safety, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and collaborating with our sales team to cater to the needs of our clients. Your leadership will play a pivotal role in driving our growth trajectory and making a real impact. 

Skills and Experience: 

We’re looking for someone with substantial experience in Installation Management, or a related field with transferable skills. You may possess all or some of the following skills: 

  • Hands on experience with Auto electrical or vehicle accessory installation. 
  • Leadership experience, achieving safety, customer, financial, and staff engagement outcomes. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes. 
  • Demonstrated experience in embedding a culture of customer service. 
  • Experience in telematics installation processes and procedures is ideal. 
  • Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills to motivate and achieve required outcomes. 
  • Mechanical aptitude related to installation solutions and operations. 
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills. 
  • Proven relationship development skills supporting sustainable growth.
