Industrial Engineers will usually monitor the overall operations of a company(factory) to find new ways to increase its efficiencies through new production designs. They'll carefully analyze the company's current processes and production schedules and will design new production processes accordingly.

Responsibilities and tasks:

(1) Work with MFG/ENG team to come out standardization of consumption rate, including DM/IDM/Spare and all resource in production line.

(2) Capacity plan and max out activities.

(3) Drive Utilization and make sure we are running with the best performance.

(4) Enter Fab to validate the model and make sure the accuracy.

(5) Work with Equipment/Engineering/MFG together to drive improvement weekly.

Requirement :

(1) Degree in industrial engineering or related field required.

(2) Advanced knowledge of production machinery, processes, and standards.

(3) Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

(4) Strong communication and presentation skills.

(5) Troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.

(6) Documentation and organization skills.

(7) Proficiency in MS Office.
