Role and Responsibilities


How You Make a Difference

As a Customer Finance Analyst, you will be responsible for validating and processing customer claims and invoices related to price protections, bonuses, year agreements and price differences. You will work closely with Sales and Business Control to streamline this validation process. With strong communication skills, you ensure seamless collaboration in a dynamic environment.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all incoming Customer Direct Expenses (CDE) invoices and claims accurately and punctually, adhering to company guidelines
  • Validate claims, book them correctly, and prepare them for payment.
  • Calculate annual agreement bonuses and execute payments as stipulated in the agreements.
  • Develop and maintain strong internal and external customer relationships, primarily via email and calls.
  • Manage incoming price differences and create credit notes if needed.
  • Manage and control budgets to prevent overspending, following company rules and regulations.
  • Review and process approved budget requests.
  • Create and analyze weekly, monthly, and annual reports, such as turnover reports, price adjustment reports, and year agreement analyses.

As our new Customer Finance Analyst, you bring an analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. You are proactive, communicative, and thrive on solving complex problems.
 

We also request:

  • 0 to 2 years work experience with financial processes.
  • A completed bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in an economic field.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Dutch.
  • Affinity with data analysis and process automation.
  • Experience with MS Excel and ERP systems.
