Summary:
As an Application Designer, your day typically involves collaborating with various stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective application designs. You will engage in defining detailed requirements and crafting solutions that align with organizational goals. Your role includes analyzing existing processes and proposing enhancements through innovative application designs, ensuring that the solutions are practical and scalable. Throughout the day, you will coordinate with team members and contribute to discussions that shape the development lifecycle, focusing on delivering applications that support business objectives efficiently and effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and clarify application requirements.
- Document and communicate design specifications to development and testing teams.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge.
- Continuously evaluate application designs to ensure alignment with evolving business needs.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Application Development.
- Experience in designing scalable and maintainable cloud-based applications.
- Strong understanding of application lifecycle management and design principles.
- Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into technical requirements.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and cloud service models.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Application Development.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
