What you will do:

This role will focus on hunting new opportunities across all verticals for Johnson Controls in the Philippines to achieve a designated sales target and develop profitable business with new and existing customers. 

We are looking for someone who understands the importance of networking, knowing the industry and combining this with a strong sales strategy. We will support you with strong systems, tools, resources and flexibility to make this role your own. 

How you will it:

  • Develop short- and long-range sales plans and prepare sales strategies and submissions to reach nominated targets. 

  • Deliver assigned business plan in terms of secured sales volume ($) and gross margin ($). 

  • Manage all elements of SFDC, legal review and bid management during the sales process, to meet DOA and approval compliance. 

  • Provide information to management regarding the industry and recommend plans to maximize future business in line with the JCI growth strategy. 

What we look for:

  • Must be a graduate of Engineering course or its equivalent

  • With at least 6-year relevant experience in the industry handling business development

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent Leadership skills, strategic thinker, demonstrated accountability

  • Excellent negotiating skills, able to achieve the win-win solution

  • Excellent influencer at all organizational levels including the ability to develop credibility and trust quickly with senior managers/decision makers

  • Excellent networking skills
