What You'll Actually Do (The Real Deal):

• Master of the Inbox: You'll be the friendly gatekeeper of our AP inbox. You enjoy staying ahead of the curve, processing invoices with speed, precision, and a 'can-do' attitude.
• Laser-Focused Coding: You take pride in the details! You'll verify GL codes, taxes, and branch allocations, catching those little errors before they even hit the system.
• The Smooth Month-End: You handle accruals like a pro. You'll help ensure all expenses are captured so our month-end closes cleanly—no stress, just accurate numbers and a happy team.
• The Reliability Anchor: When you say a payment is ready, we know it's 100% accurate. You're the person our vendors trust and our Prairie teams truly rely on.
• Digital Streamlining: We're all about 'Thinking Smarter.' You'll help us keep our digital worksheets and automated processes humming so we can all work more efficiently.
