Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the development, International toolkit adaptation and production of sell in- and campaign materials, the production of printable material e.g. brochures, shelf talkers and advertising material for newspaper printing

  • Assist the marketing team in digital media development, adaptation and administration

  • Responsible for maintenance of the company website/future webshop, social media, proofreading and translation of product texts digitally and on product artwork

  • Together with Marketing/KAM/NAM create sales cycle instructions/slide pitch to external field sales force, fill out trade data templates

Additional Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales for making excellent executions in GT, DIY & E-Commerce, campaign follow ups

  • Monitor and share with international TM and other countries the results of the best executions

Interactions (internal & external)

  • Suppliers and external agencies

  • Divisional Managers and Leaders

  • Internal Corporate Functions

  • PA/Team Assistants

Qualifications:

Work Experience and Education

  • Bachelor degree or economics formation

  • 3-5 years working experience with a A minimum of three years of professional administrative experience

Specific Knowledge

  • Very good English, fluent in spoken and written

  • Oral and written communication and presentation skills

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools (Word, Excel and PowerPoint, SharePoint, TEAMS)

  • Other tools (SAP,..)

Specific Competencies

  • A strong sense of initiative with the ability to multitask and prioritize

  • The ability to work with strictly confidential and sensitive information in a discrete and trustful manner

  • Flexibility and ability to manage multiple tasks and to work to deadlines
