J&J is looking for a Medical Lead based in Istanbul, Turkey!

• You will be responsible for Managing a team of individual contributors and/or Supervisors and is accountable for conducting effective performance management.
• Develops key initiatives and sets the strategies for company sponsored and investigator-initiated study programs that emphasize the scientific and clinical strengths of the company products. 
• Works cross-functionally with other leadership/functions on the commercialization efforts for pipeline and marketed products. 
• Reviews medical writing and other clinical trial documents, reader management, and analysis development and ensures that readers are provided adequate training and guidance on study procedures and criteria protocol.

Duties & Responsibilities

Qualification Required:

• Hold a university degree in medicine (MD) or pharmacy and have experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

• Good understanding of the healthcare industry and medical affairs.
• Exhibit strong written and spoken English skills, along with a commitment to the highest ethical standards and accountability in actions.
• Demonstrate a self-starter attitude with a proactive, business-focused approach and the ability to shape roles effectively.
