Position Summary

Provides a wide variety of administrative, operational and project support for the MidAmerica National Accounts team, including direct support for the MidAmerica Market Head and leadership team. The role requires professionalism, sound judgment and the ability to manage complex priorities in a client-facing, fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for managing scheduling, travel arrangements, expense reporting, licensing, and communications, as well as representing the team in project management and limited client-facing activities. Additional duties include composing routine correspondence, compiling data for reports, maintaining files, managing email and calendars, ordering equipment, coordinates vendor contracts and payments, managing the onboarding of new hires.

Fundamental Components

  • Coordinates calendars; scheduling meetings, room reservations, and hospitality arrangements
  • Orders office supplies and equipment for staff
  • Organizes and maintains files of supervisor's correspondence and records, following up on pending matters
  • Coordinates land and air travel arrangements
  • Produces a variety of correspondence, reports, and presentations using the appropriate software
  • Handles vendor contracts and invoicing
  • Participates in various meetings and creates meeting minutes for distribution
  • Manages the MidAmerica team's Salesforce and Best Estimate reporting
  • Manages the calendar and inbox for the MidAmerica Market Head
  • Oversees expense reporting and management for the MidAmerica leadership team and others as needed
  • Manages licensing requirements for the Market Head and the MidAmerica leadership team
  • Represents the MidAmerica team on project management and other calls
  • Communicates deadlines and other opportunities and helps the MidAmerica team comply
  • Organizes and schedules team meetings and the annual client forums
  • Manages ticket and client entertainment opportunities
  • Manages the onboarding of new hires, manages the termination of employees leaving the team
  • Maintains confidentiality with sensitive information
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of administrative or clerical experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated professionalism, initiative, and ability to independently solve problems
  • Ability to represent the team with peers internally and in project coordination activities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in healthcare
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce, Salesforce reporting or other CRM system

Education

  • High school diploma or GED

Reporting Relationship

  • Reports directly to the MidAmerica Market Head and supports the leadership team; may provide secondary support to other team members as needed.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$21.10 - $49.08

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
