Since launching in 1998, Disney Cruise Line has established itself as a leader in the cruise industry, providing a setting where families can reconnect, adults can recharge and children can experience all Disney has to offer. The Manager, Entertainment & Training Standards is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing training programs and operational processes for entertainment and recreation activities. This role ensures adherence to safety protocols, maintains high-quality standards, and drives continuous improvement, all in alignment with guest experience expectations. By optimizing both performance and efficiency, the Manager plays a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and supporting the overall success of the organization.
